TAONGA - Der Ethno Laden lies central in Schwerin. When you come from the old market, the Markt in german, or from the evident Dom (a cathedral), then you just have to go 100 meters to reach the Buschstraße 3 (take a look onto the map). We opened the shop in 1997 for testing our idea one year. But we noticed that people were interested in our special articles. You see our alternative philosophy even in daily business. Along with many of our products we sell their histories, stories, manufacture, usage and their original country, too. Sure, the shop must be profitable, but the money isn´t the primary destination of our work. We want to have fun in daily business and we get it, usually.
